The purpose of Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM) is to create employment for over 2 million people from Kerala in the next five years, by providing direction to the youth of Kerala whereby they can directly engage themselves in opportunities from anywhere in the world. There were lack of confidence and interview skills among the job seekers to present themselves before the interview panel. In order to achieve the target of 2 million placements, proper grooming to the candidates is also very crucial part. So KKEM planned to offer a work readiness programme to the jobseekers before attending the interview. The jobseekers who will undergo the placement process through the DWMS portal will be offered with a free work readiness programme before the interview process.  The module will include the sessions on interview skills, confidence building, mock interview which will help the jobseeker to attend the interview confidently.
